Text Box: Quail Eggs

Our quail have been producing well in their "free to fly" home. They seem particularly fond of celery and courgettes as treats.

Last week our own quail started hatching and will soon be ready to go in their new homes.

There are some really nice recipes on Delia Smith's website Simply go to the site and search for "quail eggs".
